Penne Rigate's ridged tubes are designed to trap sauce inside and out — and this gluten free version does exactly that. Firm, satisfying, and completely coeliac-safe.

 

How to use it:  Brilliant with chunky tomato sauces, arrabbiata, pesto, or baked pasta dishes. The ridges make it especially good with thicker, vegetable-based sauces.
