Where we ship

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.



Dispatch times

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Some items may be shipped directly from our trusted suppliers.
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.



Delivery times

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

Standard delivery: 2–5 working days

Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.



Shipping cost

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We aim to keep delivery as fair as possible and never inflate postage charges.



Multiple shipments

To offer a wider range of products, some items ship from different locations.

You will not be charged multiple delivery fees — if your order arrives in more than one parcel, this is at our cost, not yours.



Delays

While we do everything we can to ensure prompt delivery, delays caused by couriers are outside our control.
If your order hasn’t arrived after 7 working days, please contact us and we’ll help right away.



Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve it quickly.
