Delicacy Wholefoods — Returns & Refunds

Returns

We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t right you may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• unused
• in their original packaging
• in a resaleable condition

Food products cannot be returned once opened unless faulty.



Return postage

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless:
• the item is faulty
• the item is damaged in transit
• we sent the wrong item

In those cases, we will arrange or reimburse the return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.



Non-returnable items

For safety and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of:
• opened food products
• perishable goods
• used home or personal care items

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty.



Damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

We will always offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.



Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
