Bettini Tagliatelle All'Uovo Egg Pasta (250g)

Tagliatelle made the proper way — Lazio-grown durum wheat semolina, pure spring water and 20% pasteurised egg, shaped through bronze dies and slow-dried at low temperatures to preserve flavour and texture.

The addition of egg gives this tagliatelle a richer, more golden colour, a subtly silkier texture and a depth of flavour that makes it ideal for the most indulgent Italian sauces.

How to use it:  The traditional partner for a proper bolognese — tagliatelle all'uovo is what the sauce was actually designed for. Also outstanding with a truffle butter, a rich mushroom sauce, or simply browned butter and sage.
