Crafted in the Lazio hills at the foot of the Abruzzo National Park, Bettini pasta is made from 100% durum wheat semolina grown in the region, blended with pure spring water, shaped through traditional bronze dies, and slow-dried at low temperatures. The result is a pasta with a rough, sauce-gripping surface, exceptional bite and real depth of flavour.
Spaghetti Quadrati is a distinctive square-cut spaghetti — subtly different in texture to the round version, with a little more surface area to hold sauce. One of those shapes that once you've tried it, you'll keep coming back to.
How to use it: Excellent with bold, robust sauces — a good amatriciana, a slow ragù, or simply butter and Parmigiano Reggiano.
