Crafted in the Lazio hills at the foot of the Abruzzo National Park, Bettini pasta is made from 100% durum wheat semolina grown in the region, blended with pure spring water, shaped through traditional bronze dies, and slow-dried at low temperatures. The result is a pasta with a rough, sauce-gripping surface, exceptional bite and real depth of flavour.
The most classic shape in Italian cooking, done properly. Bettini Spaghetti has the slightly rough, porous surface that only bronze-die pasta achieves — so sauce clings to every strand rather than sliding off.
How to use it: Versatile enough for everything from a simple aglio e olio to a proper slow-cooked bolognese. One of those kitchen staples worth getting right.
