Bettini Rigatoni (500g)

Crafted in the Lazio hills at the foot of the Abruzzo National Park, Bettini pasta is made from 100% durum wheat semolina grown in the region, blended with pure spring water, shaped through traditional bronze dies, and slow-dried at low temperatures. The result is a pasta with a rough, sauce-gripping surface, exceptional bite and real depth of flavour.

Rigatoni's large ridged tubes are built for bold, hearty sauces — their wide opening and ribbed surface trap sauce inside and out. This is the shape that stands up to the richest, most robust Italian cooking.

How to use it:  Perfect with slow-cooked meat ragùs, baked pasta dishes, or a punchy tomato and sausage sauce. Also brilliant in pasta al forno.
