Crafted in the Lazio hills at the foot of the Abruzzo National Park, Bettini pasta is made from 100% durum wheat semolina grown in the region, blended with pure spring water, shaped through traditional bronze dies, and slow-dried at low temperatures. The result is a pasta with a rough, sauce-gripping surface, exceptional bite and real depth of flavour.
Paccheri are large, wide tubes — the pasta shape that commands attention on the plate. Originally from Naples, they're designed for bold sauces that need space to shine. Bettini's version has the firm structure to handle long cooking times and generous, hearty sauces.
How to use it: Outstanding with slow-cooked seafood sauces, rich meat ragùs, or baked and filled as a pasta al forno. A pasta for occasions when you want to cook something properly impressive.
