Crafted in the Lazio hills at the foot of the Abruzzo National Park, Bettini pasta is made from 100% durum wheat semolina grown in the region, blended with pure spring water, shaped through traditional bronze dies, and slow-dried at low temperatures. The result is a pasta with a rough, sauce-gripping surface, exceptional bite and real depth of flavour.
Bettini Fusilli are tightly wound spirals that trap sauce in every coil. The rough, bronze-drawn surface means that even a light dressing clings to the pasta rather than pooling at the bottom of the bowl.
How to use it: Excellent with pesto, tomato-based sauces, or served cold in a pasta salad with roasted vegetables and a sharp dressing. A versatile everyday shape.
