Crafted in the Lazio hills at the foot of the Abruzzo National Park, Bettini pasta is made from 100% durum wheat semolina grown in the region, blended with pure spring water, shaped through traditional bronze dies, and slow-dried at low temperatures. The result is a pasta with a rough, sauce-gripping surface, exceptional bite and real depth of flavour.
Fettucce are wide, flat ribbon pasta — broader than tagliatelle, with a satisfying chew and a generous surface area that works beautifully with rich, creamy sauces. Bronze-drawn for real texture.
How to use it: Classic with a slow ragù alla bolognese or a butter and sage sauce. Also excellent with a creamy mushroom or truffle sauce where the wide ribbons can do justice to the flavour.
